The Organizing Committee will offer hotel accommodation for 9 days/8 nights, including full board, from October 26th, 2024, to November 3rd, 2024, for a maximum of 100 selected Umpires, who will be accommodated in double rooms.
All registered Umpires must attend the Umpire meeting on October 27th, 2024 at Hotel Nuevo Ostende (Hipólito Yrigoyen 1737). Umpires must dress as specified in the ITF rules.
The NA must submit the Umpire Application Form via email to the Umpire Committee at tuic@itftkd.sport. The Umpire Committee will select the Umpires and inform them.
Then, the list of selected Umpires and those nominated for accommodation in double rooms will be submitted to the Organizing Committee by the ITF Umpire Committee. Only the NA (or AA in case the NA is not available) can submit the Umpire application list; individual Umpires cannot submit applications.
